1. Service Overview

By purchasing our custom travel itinerary service, you are purchasing a personalized, day-by-day travel plan, complete with destination recommendations, accommodations, activities and booking links.

Booking of services and accommodations is to be handled by you, although we will provide links to facilitate this process. These links may include affiliate links.

2. Payment and Refunds

All sales are final. Once payment is made and your itinerary has been delivered, no refunds will be issued. If you believe there has been a mistake with your itinerary, please contact us at hello@wildsidetravellers.com.

3. Delivery Timeline

Your custom itinerary will be delivered within 3 business days from the date of order. Should you need the itinerary sooner, please contact us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

4. Revisions

You are entitled to up to 3 revisions to your itinerary after the initial delivery. Any further changes beyond the 3 revisions will incur an additional charge.

5. Client Responsibilities

While we provide personalized recommendations and a detailed day-by-day schedule, it is your responsibility to make all bookings and handle payments for accommodations, tours, and transportation. Booking links will be provided to simplify this process, but the actual booking is your responsibility.

Some of the booking links provided may be affiliate links. This means we may receive a commission if you make a purchase through those links. This comes at no extra cost to you.

7. Liability Disclaimer

We are not responsible for the success or failure of any bookings, accommodations, or third-party services you arrange based on our itinerary. While we strive to provide accurate and useful recommendations, we cannot guarantee availability or pricing of services at the time of booking.

We take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to create your itinerary and for any communication related to the service. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
